Welcome to Renewed Confidence Collective (RCC). By booking an appointment, using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
RCC provides confidence-focused cosmetic and wellness services, including treatments such as scar and stretch mark revision, hair rejuvenation and cosmetic teeth whitening.
All services are provided professionally and tailored to individual suitability.
Bookings & Client Information
Clients are asked to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and booking information.
Certain treatments may require consultation, assessment or suitability checks prior to appointment confirmation.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
With 48+ Hours Notice:
Your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
Deposits are non-refundable, however we may allow transfer at our discretion depending on circumstances.
Results & Suitability
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and depend on factors such as skin type, hair condition, aftercare, health history and treatment consistency.
RCC does not guarantee specific results.
Clients are responsible for following pre-care and aftercare instructions provided.
