RCC Terms of Service

We’re excited to have you here. By joining our community and using our services, you’re agreeing to a few simple guidelines that help keep things positive, supportive, and fair.
What We Offer
RCC provides beauty services, resources and a supportive community to help you grow confidence, resilience, and well-being.
Being Part of RCC
Share honest, up-to-date information when signing up. Please remember that while we offer support and guidance, we don't provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. You’re responsible for how you use what we provide, — we’re here to guide, not to direct your life choices.
Payments
Payment is required on the day and once our service is complete, unless otherwise arranged. A 50% deposit is also required when a booking is made. If there are any payment issues, let’s chat early — we're about solutions, not stress.
Cancellations and Refunds
Life happens! Please try to give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refunds are handled with care and understanding, case by case. If less than 48 hours notice is given when cancelling, then we cannot offer a refund and your deposit will be able to be used instead for your next booking. If at least 48 hours notice is given, we are happy to refund your deposit.
Keeping It Fair
RCC isn’t responsible for any outcomes based on how you use our services. We are always working to give you the best, but like any journey, your results depend on your choices, effort, and circumstances.

We may tweak these terms now and then to keep things current. Updates will always be posted clearly.
